This ECG is from a 75 yo with h/o COPD,HTN c/o SOB.

ECG recognition

• Irregular rhythm
• >3 different P wave morphology
• PP, RR, RPI and PRI variable
• QRS narrow or wide if there is a fixed or rate-related bundle bundle branch block

Echo showed mild LVH with EF in the 60's mod dilated LA/RA and normal RV.Breathing treatment was continued and managed as pneumonia. Patient improved and discharged after a few days.
